Jeff Agee-Aguayo
Jeff teaches social studies as a volunteer at the Casa ALBA Melanie Hispanic Resource Center. His wife Patricia, also volunteers at the same center as a mathematics teacher and is a board member. Jeff is treasurer for the Allouez Lions Club and their past president. Since 2013, he has also a volunteered as a tutor with Literacy Green Bay. In addition, he and Patricia serve on the board of Latinx Rising, a Hispanic education advocacy group for Northeast Wisconsin.
Jeff has worked for over 33 years at the Bay Lake Regional Planning Commission as a transportation planner and is chairperson of the Northeast Wisconsin Regional Access to Transportation Committee.

Gabriel DeLeon
Gabriel (Gabe) DeLeon born and raised in Wisconsin. He has been married for 26 years and is the father of two wonderful daughters. On days off, he enjoys his cabin in Northern Wisconsin. Associated with Adaptive Technology Resources Inc for 14 years, his specialty is working with the LV and Blind community. Gabe also represents various manufacturers of LV equipment. He absolutely enjoys both his career and providing options for improving the quality of life to individuals.
Deborah Hoeft - Treasurer
Deborah has worked in the financial sector for over 30 years and served on various boards for her church. She also acted as a church elder for six years. She and her husband enjoy camping, kayaking, walking in the woods and other outdoor activities.
Jeffrey Scott - Board Member
Jeffrey has lived in Madison Wisconsin for 55 years. He graduated from the Wisconsin School for the Blind and is visually impaired. He also attended MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College) and graduated with a degree in culinary arts. He worked in that field for 38 years and is now retired. Along with learning assistive technology for himself, he also shares his knowledge and training with other visually impaired people. He shares his love of volunteering with several different service organizations.
Sheng Vue
Sheng holds a Bachelors in Business and Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources and Management from the University of Green Bay, Wisconsin. She owns her own small business NIAMGAIA in Green Bay, Wisconsin which focuses on three areas: beauty, wellness and socialization.
Sheng is a firm believer in preventative care and has a strong connection to holistic buddhist practices. She is in the process of opening an apothecary that will provide many holistic goods, provided by small businesses from start to finish, to share with her community.
In her spare time, Sheng enjoys spending time with her family, husband and four children, playing board games, reading, spending time outdoors, and learning from their environment. Sheng loves all genres of music, art, and books. A well-rounded, jack-of-all trades Mother and contributor to society.
